Pcsx2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pcsx2 platform—whether via website or mobile app—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use pcsx2.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pcsx2 (the platform). Continuing to use the platform after any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use pcsx2 services. pcsx2 reserves the right to request age verification anytime and suspend accounts suspected to belong to underage users.

Account Registration

Each user is only allowed one (1) active pcsx2 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts without prior notice. Accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including full name, date of birth, and valid contact details must be provided during registration.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. pcsx2 will never ask for your password via email, text messages, or any unofficial communication channels. Any activity in your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report unauthorized access to our support team.

• Use a strong and unique password—at least eight characters combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact pcsx2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

As a pcsx2 user, you agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or activities prohibited under Malaysian law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, bots, or automated scripts to manipulate game outcomes or the platform’s payment system.
• Transferring money between different accounts for money laundering or to conceal the source of funds.
• Interfering with, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
• Using a pcsx2 account on behalf of another individual or entity without explicit written permission.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and pcsx2 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pcsx2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in case of breaches of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request from authorized authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to any compensation.

Users may also close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting pcsx2 support. Voluntary closures will be processed within three (3) business days after receiving the request. Any valid remaining funds will be returned after completing identity verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pcsx2 platform—including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, software code, and brand names—is the exclusive property of pcsx2 and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission from pcsx2.

Third-Party Links

The pcsx2 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. pcsx2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing external websites is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to These Terms

Pcsx2 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
